@Bread&Circuses Russia already has an internal network ready to go.
It's only a matter of time before it's activated.
@JanSobieski I've read about people of Iran being censored and so on, but they found ways how to connect and get all the stuff they need. But honestly, I have no idea how the entire concept does work.
